This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These books will continue to enhance the literature in our classroom. My classroom library is a place that my students really enjoy. I read books to them all day long, they also read independently! Providing rich literature that provides representation and important topics to spark conversation. Every student book that is placed in my library is treated with love and care, and they are thankful for the opportunities to read books. Students will be able to choose books, which will help them continue to enjoy good quality literature.
With these new books, my students will be able to choose from a variety of books that will spark their curiosity and sense of wonder.
They will also be able to choose books that interest them. My students already have shown an astonishing interest in books, and this project will only help enrich their experiences with good literature and illustrations.
