Building a Classroom That Supports Every Student

Help me give my students a welcoming and well-organized classroom filled with flexible seating, storage solutions, and social-emotional learning resources to support their growth, comfort, and success in 5th grade.

My Project

I feel incredibly lucky to work with a group of bright, eager, and enthusiastic 5th-grade learners who come to school ready to grow. This cohort is full of potential, supported by a wonderfully involved group of parents. Many students have social-emotional and executive functioning needs, so it's essential to create a classroom space for them that nurtures both their academic and personal growth. Flexible seating will help them focus and feel comfortable, storage solutions will reduce overwhelm, and SEL resources will empower them with tools to manage emotions, build confidence, and thrive together.
