Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I work at a Title 1 school where many of our students face significant challenges, including low-income households, language barriers, and limited access to resources. Despite these obstacles, they show remarkable determination and work ethic, striving every day to succeed academically. Our students are driven to grow, learn, and achieve their goals-proving that with the right support, nothing is beyond their reach.
That is why I kindly ask for your support in helping us stock our classroom with essential supplies like, notebooks, air fresheners, and colorful boards, markers, stickers, pencils, a calendar, and decorations to create a welcoming, organized, and engaging learning environment where our students can truly thrive.
This will help our students have enough resources and feel welcomed to focus on what is important; their education!
