This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I’m so excited to welcome my 4th grade students into a classroom filled with warmth, curiosity, and growth. My goal is to create a learning space where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired from day one. With limited resources available, I’m turning to DonorsChoose to help build a strong foundation for my students’ success.

The materials I’m requesting—such as basic classroom supplies, organizational tools, and diverse read-aloud books—will directly support my students’ ability to focus, collaborate, and stay engaged in our daily lessons.

These items will help me create clear routines, a calm environment, and opportunities for creative thinking across all subjects.

My students are incredible, curious thinkers, enthusiastic learners, and kind-hearted kids who deserve the very best. They come from diverse backgrounds and bring so much energy and potential to our classroom.
