My Students

The students at my school are extremely dedicated and strive to achieve in each and every way. As you walk through our hallways, you hear the voices of the world. We have such an array of diversity that it makes our school very unique and multi-cultural.

Our vision is to prepare every student to be academically successful and socially responsible in an ever-changing and unpredictable world.

We strive to provide a safe learning community dedicated to high expectations for every student.

My Project

3D printing gives art teachers tools to develop students critical thinking using STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) principles. Since the 3-D printer has been put on the market, many kids, unfortunately, do not have access to this amazing prototype making tool. I want my students to learn how to use 3-D graphics to design a bridge.

Students will plan out the design of their bridge, print it in 3D, and put it together.

We need 3D filaments for the 3-D printer. This will provide more interactive, robotic, and educational experiences in addition to being fun. Students who are exposed to prototyping at an early age will develop an interest in the industry through 3-D printed toys. They will develop a lifelong skill that can help them be more employable in the future. It would be amazing if they could have the opportunity to see their creation come to life in a 3-D form.
