My Project

In working with students with disabilities, it is important to have a space where students can go to regulate and become calm. A sensory room is a vital aspect of any special education program

I want my students to have a calm, comforting space that helps them get ready for learning.

My students have higher needs, but this room will be used for all students who may need to have a safe, calming space.

My students deserve to come to school and know that it is a safe space for them. To help achieve this goal, I need to create a space for students to go.

My students come from various backgrounds and often need extra support at school. They deserve this at school to make them love school and have a positive experience.
