My students come each day eager to learn. They are curious and active. They enjoy math, reading and writing. I have a well rounded class excited to learn and want be engaged in fun and rewarding activities.
My students learning is best taught by hands on activities and movement.
Our school is nestled near the Oquirrh Mountains of Utah. Wh have a very high population of students in our growing community so funds are spread out. I want to keep my students engaged in activities that will help them to grow.
My Project
I am a first year teacher and these hands-on and Stem activities will enhance learning. Hands on items will teach my students how to share and interact with their peers. Building item will instill and encourage creativity. Legos will be used in centers and they will share their creation they build as a team. Magnet building blocks will teach about science.
Stem play will create and develop and foster growth.
Student will learn to use their peers and activities to create. This helps with social skills while learning. They learn how to connect piece to create the world they know.
