This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Creativity is the key to any classroom STEAM project. As the legendary Maya Angelou said, "You can't use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have." So true! Unfortunately, we still need some supplies to make things happen. With these supplies, students will be able to complete projects in a creative, hands-on way. Students will use rubber bands to create animals for their ecosystem projects, friendship bracelets to promote classroom camaraderie, and anything else they can imagine. The Pix Brix and 3D printer pen allow students to physically hold a model of creations we've been working on digitally.
My students will play an active role in their learning by brainstorming ideas, creating new objects, and finally presenting their creations.
