This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These magnetic tiles and LEGOs will give my class fine motor, building and art experiences that are missing in my kindergarten room. For many of my students this year, it is their first school experience. My classroom style focuses on growing through active learning. I promote community and working together. We rotate centers daily and I want to give them more opportunities to build and use their imagination. Adding these Magna tiles and Lego’s will help build communication, teamwork while strengthening problem solving. The art trays and paint dabbers are endless in ways they express themselves though pictures.
