My Project

Over the course of a week, kids from ages 5-13 pass through our library, and we strive to make it a safe and welcoming space for all. Right now, things are stressful for kids, and it's amazing what a good building project in a quiet, welcoming space can do to help combat this!

I love to have community projects where kids work together over time to build something for our school, and since Sunflowers are our school symbol and Legos are our love language, I'd love to community build the Van Gogh Sunflowers Lego set!

Kids will have access to small parts of the set at a time, allowing all ages and grades to help create this piece of art, and the finished piece will grace the wall of our library to welcome all!
