This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

With the addition of 2 new special ed programs at Love, laptops for each classroom are needed. We use computers for individual practice of phonics lessons and math videos.

The laptops in the special education classes were bought through Donors choose ten years ago and now are in need of updating.

This year the state test will be administered through computers and each child in grades 3-5 will need repeated exposure to the accommodations that are embedded. New computers will give us greater ability to let each child prepare for this change as well.
