Bringing the Trail Challenge to the Classroom!

Help me give my students access to the OSD Trail Challenge Books in their ELA class library! Many of these books are too new for paperback, so they are even more difficult for kids to have.

My Project

Every year the OSD selects a set of new books for middle school students to read. They call this the "Trail Challenge". They will eventually get to vote their favorites with all the middle school students in the district.

These books are available in limited supply in our library.

This projects gives my seventh graders and myself easy access to these books so we can give more kids opportunities to participate in the challenge while keeping the classroom library current.

To add to the excitement, author of Hide and Seeker, Daka Herman visited our building, and her book is in real high demand!
