Bringing the Love of Reading and Writing to ASD Students

Help me give my students materials to enhance their love of reading and writing.

My Project

Next year I am starting to teach my ASD resource student's ELA classes. I am so excited to bring my love for both reading and writing to my students.

Finding materials that will catch and maintain the attention of my students is so very important!

By reading some of my all time favorite books with my students, I know I will share my excitement for literature and help them love reading too!

Writing is just as important in an ELA class and I would love to help my students learn proper forms with daily journal writing. In addition, using the dry erase easel to help demonstrate writing is vitally important.
