This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
STEM is our favorite time of the week. Imaginations run wild and creativity soars. The only limit to what my students create is the availability of supplies. Right now we are limited to recycled items the students collect from home and school. These materials don't hold up very well.
With the addition of LEGO bricks and accessories, all my groups will be able to bring their creations to life and test them with realistic models.
They will be also be able to redesign and retest more efficiently.
Making our STEM time more meaningful and engaging will help influence the next generation of engineers and architects. I can't wait to see where their imaginations take them.
