Bringing Our Walls To Life

My students need a quality camera, case and memory card to document their learning process and bring the walls of our school to life.

My Students

Our school is a place where innovative and exciting things are happening within every classroom. A typical day consists of personalized learning for each student, creating an exciting and engaging atmosphere for all learners.

Our school is located just outside of metro Atlanta in Johns Creek, Georgia.

We have eight hundred students, pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. Our students are very diverse. Many join us from different countries from all around the world, which makes us a very unique blend of cultures. We are passionate for learning and growing! Our students enjoy reading a good book, being problem solvers, and helping others learn.

My Project

Our students have inquisitive minds and strong leadership skills. Currently, the walls of our school do not reflect these inspiring young minds. We plan to use the camera to capture valuable learning experiences, lasting bonds between friends, and interactions between teachers and students. We want our environment to be more welcoming and showcase our learning. With the camera, students and teachers will be able to capture these moments and create lasting memories for students, teachers, and visitors as they walk through our halls. Showcasing our learning will give students a sense of ownership and pride in where they come to learn everyday. Teachers and students will be able to use the camera, case and memory card to document learning happening in the classroom. Students and teachers will be able to capture moments using the camera and choose the best wall space for visitors to see their learning come to life!

With this camera, we will be able to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for students, staff, and visitors right at the front door and throughout the school.

We will be able to break down the walls of the classroom and bring our school walls to life. Students will be able to say, "Hey! That's me! I remember when we celebrated our narrative writing by reading our work to another class!" They will feel a part of the school and know that they are free to express their learning in so many ways!
