Help me give my students items to help with the 5 senses like blenders, kinetic sand, light table shapes and scented markers.

My Students

My 16 spunky preschoolers come to school daily ready to learn and play! Our school is located in a large urban city and is predominantly a Title I funded school.

Age appropriate lessons and hands-on meaningful experiences, are key when teaching preschool children.

It is mandatory that I have enough materials for all my students in order to run my groups and lessons successfully. I try to teach independence and decision making which helps to empower the students. Their choices matter and I like to offer them many!

My Project

Preschool children learn best by using their 5 senses to explore new ideas. They like to touch, smell, taste and hear as they are absorbing new concepts. I like to offer a variety of activities to them to help stimulate their senses during the day.

I know the materials I have ordered will stimulate the children's 5 senses in a variety of ways.

They love the Kinetic sand in the sand table, the musical instruments will lead to great rhythm lessons and the blender will allow for tasting many new fruits and veggies in our Healthy Living curriculum. Please help make this project come to life!
