My Students
With class sizes increasing, it's getting more and more important to find ways to captivate and stimulate my students to enhance their learning experience. I feel that by having the Samsung Galaxy tablet, my students will flourish by exposing them to the latest technology.
My students are middle school science and math students at a Title I school, located in a large urban city.
My class focuses on project-based learning and I hope to provide my students with real-life technology applications of concepts they learn in school. Because many of my students do not have access to computers, the Samsung Galaxy tablet will serve to fill in that need.
My Project
My students need a Samsung Galaxy 10.1 Tablet to supplement their technological capabilities and be updated with the latest trend in technology. This Tablet will enable me to download and use age-appropriate educational programs to reinforce my students' learning. I will be able to run power point presentations, view concepts online with pictures, work with ixl.com (which is the Web's most comprehensive math practice site) as well as help my visually impaired students. The possibilities are endless!
