This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am creating this project to help support the students with Autism in my school. I am looking to create a lending library for the teachers to use interactive books and story pieces. These interactive books and tangible story pieces will create a more engaging story time for the students.
Bring literacy to life! When students can engage in stories, it can help create the love for reading. Students with disabilities need multiple exposures to stories, and there's no better way than to allow them to become a part of the book. They will be able to interact with the story and the characters!
