Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
What I love most about my students is their joy, curiosity, and the unique ways they each learn and express themselves. Many of my students thrive with visual and hands-on learning, and they light up when they can engage directly with a lesson. A Smart Board would open up so many opportunities for them to actively participate—whether it’s moving objects during sorting activities, tracing letters, watching interactive read-alouds, or playing learning games together as a class. This resource would allow me to adapt lessons on the spot to meet each student’s needs, provide visual schedules, and create a more inclusive, engaging environment where all students feel successful and connected. It would truly make learning come alive for them.
