Bringing Learning to Life Through Raising Chicks

My Project

In first grade, we are studying birds! We want to bring our studies to life by watching chicks hatch in our classroom! Your contribution will impact hundreds of students who can experience the life cycle of a chick before their very eyes! We will be able to see the chicks grow in their eggs and hatch! This is an amazing wonder that our 6/7 year olds hopefully will get the chance to experience. After the chicks hatch, they will be donated to our neighborhood high school that operates a student led farm!
