My Project
In first grade, creativity is at the heart of learning. My students are curious, imaginative, and eager to express themselves-but they need the right tools to do it. Crayons and construction paper may seems simple, but they are essential for helping young learners explore ideas, build fine motor skills, and bring their thoughts to life.
Whether they're drawing a picture to accompany their writing, making a card for someone special, or creating a project that shows what they learned, these materials give students a hand-on way to connect with the lessons.
Art also builds confidence, fosters independence, and gives students a voice when words aren't enough.
Your support will help ensure that every child has access to the materials they need to learn, create, and shine. Thank you for helping me build a colorful, engaging, and joyful classroom where every student can thrive.
