My Project
This year I am teaching students in grades 1-8 in a new STEAM lab! STEAM education is a fun and creative way to teach kids science, technology, engineering, arts, and math. It can help children develop critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. STEAM education can also help kids learn to collaborate and apply their skills in different ways.
STEAM empowers teachers to employ project-based learning that crosses each of the five disciplines and fosters an inclusive learning environment in which all students are able to engage and contribute.
My students engage in project based learning and are often printing out reports and presentation pieces. Having a color printer available for their use will enhance their presentations and projects completed in class. Having color will improve the appearance of images printed and capture attention to deliver an enhanced learning experience. Quality color printing is a key asset in a wide range of classroom scenarios. It can be used to create interactive visual aids for use in the classroom, and as the teacher, having a color printer available will help with printing classroom signs, images, task cards and other resources. High-quality color printing can support creativity and innovation in the classroom. Color is naturally engaging for all learners, and it provides a useful bridge between the digital and print worlds!
