Bringing Color to our Pre-K Classroom!

My Students

Have you ever had 18 people give everything they have to give, day in and day out? Have you felt the unconditional love 18 students give towards their teacher and peers and have a love of learning and want to academically do their best each and every day?

Welcome to my amazing classroom, located in the inner city of Buffalo.

We are part of Buffalo Public Schools and our school has a large percentage of students from low-income homes. We have the second-largest percentage of English as a new language learner in the district. As their teacher, I need to go above and beyond to give all my students hands-on, engaging, exciting resources so they can academically strive!

DonorsChoose helps make academics easier with educational materials that will give my students more resources for learning. I am thankful for this program, and the smiles it will give my students daily!

My Project

With this project, my students will get a new printer and ink to use in the classroom. The printer and ink will allow us to print copies and pictures in color directly from our iPads. The printer will also allow us to copy and scan to the computer to use on our Smart Board.

Color is engaging to 4-year-old students!

We are in great need of a color printer and ink. This new color printer will benefit all my students. They will be able to see their work in color and not in black and white. I would also use this color printer to print certificates and awards to motivate and affirm my students' success. The printer will allow us to print our work and pictures to use for learning. Help us to enter the world of technology and print our work.
