This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Art is a powerful tool for young learners to explore their creativity, build confidence, and develop fine motor skills. My first graders are eager to dive into hands-on art projects, and with your help, we can provide them with art materials to create beautiful and lasting works of art. Your support will bring their imaginations to life on canvas, paper, and beyond!

To enhance our classroom's art program, we're requesting a variety of materials that will inspire creativity and allow my students to explore different art forms.

These include versatile acrylic paint markers, mini canvases, and easels for painting; Model Magic clay for 3D sculptures; and essential tools like Sharpie pens, metallic markers, and mixed media paper. To preserve their artwork, we'll use Mod Podge and Glitter Blast sealer, ensuring their creations are both beautiful and lasting. These supplies will transform our art projects, giving students the opportunity to create, display, and take pride in their work.

Your donation will not only bring excitement and creativity to our classroom but also support the social-emotional development of my students. By fostering their artistic talents, you'll be helping them build confidence, express themselves, and navigate their emotions in a positive and constructive way.
