This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students are full of energy, creativity, and curiosity. In our elementary music classroom, we strive to give them opportunities to express themselves, collaborate, and explore the world through rhythm and sound. But we’re missing a key ingredient — drums!

We’re requesting Remo Festival Drum Tubano Sets because they are perfect for young hands, easy to play, and incredibly durable.

These drums will allow every child to feel the power of rhythm — not just by listening, but by creating it together. Tubanos are culturally versatile instruments that support our goal of fostering global awareness through music.

With these instruments, students will be able to:

Develop coordination and listening skills

Build confidence through performance and group participation

Experience music from diverse cultures

Learn in a hands-on, active, and engaging way

For many of our students, school is the only place where they have access to musical instruments. With your help, we can provide them with high-quality drums that will last for years and enrich the learning experiences of hundreds of children.
