This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
During the school year, I teach special education at a high school. My current classroom is self-contained and full of very curious individuals.
I believe all students should have the opportunity to participate in a hands-on science lab, no matter what their disability is.
I want to provide my students with an alternative science lab that has slightly different projects at a slower pace but still follows the grade-level science standards. These requested kits have the supplies and online resources to help me get started with a science lab this year.
