This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These Magic Tree House Books will make a huge difference in the books my students choose when visiting the classroom library. Students like to challenge themselves with books that are both more difficult then usual, and interesting at the same time.
The goal of this project is to encourage students to read chapter books at their level.
This will help students reach their individual reading goals. For example, if a student enjoys reading a Magic Tree House book but there is not one available for him/her immediately to read in the classroom library, he is likely to lose interest.
In addition, there are many social and emotional students in my classroom who may not have access to these books. You can make it accessible by donated to this cause.
