This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Pablo Picasso was once famously quoted saying "Every child is an Artist." Help me give my students every visual stimuli possible to nurture the creativity and growth in the arts. My school is filled with low-income students who have never had the opportunity to travel abroad and see different landscapes and architecture. By providing us with a state of the art Printer you can help me give them the images that can open their minds to new environments and places.
My students are amazing and creative individuals from all types of backgrounds.
I also have several Special Education students who could really benefit from being introduced to worksheets and sample pages that have color that pops and retains their focus.
All my students are artists in the making. By offering them the ability to see things in a way they could have never imagined, would open up a door with endless creative possibilities.
My Project
These items I am requesting will help ensure that every student in my class that has artistic inclinations will be able to succeed. It also ensures that every single student that comes to my class will be able to identify the different styles and colors that artists use. These items will be used to impact a community that is yearning for Art and Artistic expression. Allow these students to view art, architecture and the world in a different shade.
These items will help ensure an inclusive and vibrant learning environment for my students.
Students will no longer be put to off by the indistinguishable shades of printing in black and white. They will be artistically illuminated by the bright colors. Furthermore, they will be given the ability to pass this gift on from school year to school year thanks to a lamination machine that will cement their place and work in this classrooms history.
