My Project

Our children are growing up in front of screens and are no longer playing with toys or outside. We know this not only impacts their ability to learn but it greatly impacts their mental health, their ability to attend to a task or focus, problem-solve, and build a deeper understanding of the world around them. My goal is to change that! I plan on creating a play-based learning environment where children can explore, experiment, and expand their minds all while working on their academics! I want to give my students the chance to build, create, explore, experiment, and expand their minds far beyond what their teacher tells them. I can do this with your help! With your help, I will be able to create engaging activities where my students can use the tools to explore letters, numbers, reading, writing, counting, all while problem-solving and constructing something from their imagination. Please help me bring back play!
