My Project
Students are going to be immersed in the Fine Arts through core content classes this year in my school. If our students have these quality supplies to begin our studies, they will have a greater chance of feeling success. By getting students to start the year with confidence, we will set ourselves up for a positive and productive year.
After attending the ArtsNOW conference, I am excited to incorporate vocabulary and concepts from outside of the World History classroom, and bring them to life in context of Fine Arts disciplines.
Data has shown that schools which incorporate Fine Arts vocabulary and experiences in meaningful ways, usually just slightly adjusting activities many teachers are already doing, students mastery of core content increases significantly.
