In my 5th grade classroom, the students come from diverse backgrounds but they all have one thing in common: They come to school to work hard and achieve the ambitious goals that they set for themselves.
Their dedication to the pursuit of knowledge is truly impressive.
I am so proud of them each and every day! They are enthusiastic and enjoy working on self-driven passion projects.
Whether it be science, English, math or social studies, my students come to school ready to learn.
My Project
We will use color ink and flair pens to bring a bit of color to our classroom.
Whether it be student created stories, artwork, photos of the kids hard at work, or a parent newsletter, everything is a bit more exciting with a splash of color!
We have a new printer that is just sitting in the box until we raise the money to purchase the ink so the kids can't wait until we can print out special pieces of work in color.
We are also hoping to get some flair pens for the kids to use when taking notes or accenting their artwork.
