Help me give my students a biography about an historical woman or black American to read and study during distance learning.

My Students

My students are excited, enthusiastic learners! They want to achieve and succeed. Nestled at the base of our local mountain, my students are exposed to countless opportunities for learning both inside and outside the classroom.

While currently distance learning, getting their hands on books and materials is most important to keep my students engaged and learning.

My students WANT and NEED to keep reading and learning as much as they possibly can, even though we are not physically in the classroom.

My Project

We need new, engaging biographies to read and study during distance learning. I have chosen biographies about historical women and black Americans. These people are part of our history, and we need to know about them!

It is very important to me that my students have a book in hand as part of this project.

They will have the opportunity to choose which person to study, and we will all be able to read, discover, research, create, and present as part of our biography project.

We can't wait to read and learn!
