My Students
Our students walk into the classroom excited and ready to learn every day. Everyone of them is unique in their own way. Each student has a disability and they are in a self-contained classroom. They come from a variety of economic and cultural backgrounds. They enjoy every aspect of school whether it is mastering a new skill, interacting with other students and teachers or just being together in their classroom singing and learning.
Our students work hard every day and do so with smiles on their faces.
They take great pride in everything they do.
My Project
Our printer in the classroom has stopped working. This printer will benefit our students by giving them the opportunity the print their work and projects in color. They will be able to have worksheets and activities printed in color and be able to scan their work and create collages.
This printer will allow my student to create different projects and pictures to be able to bring home to their parents.
Being that most on our students are from low income families, they do not have the technology and resources at home to print different things. This printer will also benefit the parents as we will be able to print them copies of their child's IEP and other resources needed to enable them to provide more resources at home.
