My Project
As a dedicated educator at a low-income school, I am constantly seeking ways to enrich the learning experiences of my students. Many of our families face financial challenges that limit access to essential classroom materials and engaging educational tools. Your support through Donors Choose can help bridge that gap.
This project will provide my students with much-needed supplies that will spark creativity, strengthen academic skills, and create meaningful, hands-on learning opportunities.
In addition to academic materials—such as science experiment kits, math manipulatives, and literacy resources—this project also includes flexible seating and individual student headsets.
Flexible seating options, like beanbag chairs, create a welcoming environment where students feel more comfortable and in control of their learning. This seating style supports focus, encourages collaboration, and reduces restlessness—especially for students who may not thrive in traditional desk settings.
Individual headsets allow students to engage in online learning activities without distraction. They support personalized learning, help students stay focused during instructional videos or reading programs, and reduce classroom noise, creating a more productive atmosphere for everyone.
