This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Each week the students in my class choose the books they want to read and put them in their book box. They love choosing books that interest them and reading them each day. They carry their box wherever they would like to sit in the classroom to read.
The problem is they have cardboard book boxes that are falling apart with the weight of all their books.
New book bins will be a wonderful addition to my classroom. Not only would they be sturdy enough to hold several books, but they would add some bright colors to my classroom! In addition these boxes would last for years to come.
