Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students love to use small whiteboards during our warm-up time. Whiteboards encourage active participation, promote visual learning, foster collaboration, and lead to improved engagement and retention.
We only have black markers right now and I would love for students to use color in their drawings and thought process.
Color can help organize and categorize information in a way that enhances memory and retrieval. They enjoy using color in their note taking so I know they would love the use of color during warm ups and when we check for understanding.
