Help me give my students the materials that can help them achieve at their own pace. With these items, I will be able to create and organize centers for all ability levels.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The materials I have selected will assist me in creating centers that match my students' needs. Due to the pandemic students are coming into 5th grade with learning gaps. With the card stock and lamination sheets, I will be able to create durable centers that meet each student's needs. The various containers will allow me to organize the materials at different ability levels, so students will not need to feel self-conscious if they are working below level.
These items will help build students self-esteem and motivate them to believe in their potential.
