My Project

Our school is becoming a dual language school in English and Vietnamese. These books will help us get our bilingual library started!

Our students are special because they represent a rich tapestry of cultures and languages, bringing unique perspectives to the classroom.

Bilingual and bicultural books play a crucial role in our dual language program by promoting language development, cultural appreciation, and providing engaging reading experiences. They support students' language acquisition in both English and Vietnamese, helping them become proficient in both languages. These books expose students to Vietnamese culture, traditions, and values, fostering a deeper understanding and respect for diversity. Bilingual texts cater to various reading levels, making literature accessible and engaging for all students, thereby encouraging a love for reading.
