Breathe Life and Yoga for Professional Success Part 1

I need a Chromebook monitor extender and books and supplies to learn about the benefits of incorporating Yoga, Breathing Exercises, to increase self regulation, reduce anxiety, and release some of the negative trauma induced reactions.

My Project

I teach at-risk youth which means they meet a classification of being at risk of not graduating.

Many of my students come into my classroom from poor choices & coping skills due to not knowing another way to respond to circumstances that have often made me cry, so Trying to inspire my students with new and better ways to respond to challenges and circumstances is my goal along with teaching academics.

For many students, trauma is one of the earliest memories or situations they find themselves in. Whatever, leads a student to my classroom, my hope is that they leave both inspired and empowered to live their lives PROACTIVELY and not REACTIVELY.

The books on Yoga and Mindful Breathing as well as the computer video extender with microphone sets are to set of two angles for recording lessons to have ready for students at the start of next school year while I am preparing for it during the summer.
