My Project

I recently completed my 300 hour yoga training with Breathe for Change. This training focused on chair, restorative, and trauma-informed yoga which is the perfect match for my at-risk students' needs. I am excited to start teaching weekly classes for the students at my alternative school who really need it. I have the classroom space, but my kids don't have the necessary equipment for a successful practice. Your support will allow me to purchases mats, blocks, and straps so they can begin practicing yoga for a calmer and healthier new year.
