My Project
Our third grade students are involved in a long-term project to honor and celebrate behind the scenes members of our school community.
Students are planning a supper–type meal and celebratory event to honor counselors, PTA members, janitorial and kitchen staff, and school safety officers.
This project will help to fund the decorations and consumable goods needed for the event. Throughout the project, students have been working in committees to participate in areas they are passionate about. Students will apply math, reading, writing, music, and arts skills throughout this real world project to honor our community members.
