My Project
After teaching and coaching for over twenty years, I understand, if a child is hungry, he/she may not be able to focus on the lesson that is being taught at the time nor will he/she/they be able to focus on practice. Some of my students have to eat at school because food is scarce at home. Hence, I have always shared whatever food I have in my class with students.
If a child does not have a healthy breakfast, they may not be able to concentrate not the focus in class.
