Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My 3-5 grade students are a fantastic group of learners. I am curious and excited about everything new. They come from diverse backgrounds, bringing a unique perspective to our classroom. Providing them with essential g tools will significantly enhance their learning experiences and help me support their growth and development.
The Breakfast Club will meet three mornings weekly for the remainder of the school year.
We will work to plan a breakfast menu, and students will learn how to create healthy and simple breakfast foods that will give them energy before they start their school day. This will all be done while teaching about the importance of self-care in independence. This is a unique project because it will give students a chance to have some choice about what they eat.
