My Project

Hello,

I am a brand new TK teacher and am looking forward to the new adventure that I am going on teaching TK in a Title 1 school.

I love everything about teaching and have always known that this is what my life was going to entail. I am looking forward to what the new school year brings.

Unfortunately their are a number of costs associated with starting up a classroom from the ground up, which is why I am asking for help in purchasing some of the items needed to get my class up and running.

The items thats I chose include language literacy items that will help foster their love of reading as well as help them build their vocabulary. The language items will also help my ELL's to start the process of learning English. The math items I chose are geared to offering the basic of math skills and again introducing these concepts to students who nay have not seen them before. All items will be used to begin laying the foundation needed to build on them throughout the year and later on in additional grades.
