Brand New Classroom for Special Needs Students

Help me give my students with special needs a variety of ways to learn by being able to download many different learning activities!

My Students

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read about my class!

I teach eight wonderful middle school students with a variety of intellectual, physical, and sensory impairments.

I teach life skills, social-emotional development and functional academics throughout the day. My students are with their typical peers during PE, Music and Art.

My team and I are teaching our students independence and a sense of community within their class, school and neighborhood. Our students are learning how to communicate and be friends with their peers.

My students love school, enjoy learning and especially enjoy "Fun Fridays" when they get to play some games with their peers and do fun hands-on Science experiments!

My Project

Teachers Pay Teachers has outstanding lessons to download for file folders, task boxes and small group lessons. I will be able to individualize every lesson according to my student's learning styles.

My special needs students will learn through hands on activities that keep them engaged and increase their academic achievement.

By donating to this project you will help eight students get the individualized lessons that they need to learn. You will also be helping me build my classroom since this class in new to the school. Thank you so much!
