Brains in Your Head, But No Pencils in the Pouch

Help me give my students need basic supplies including pencils, paper, labels, colored pencils, scissors, a laminator, and laminating sheets.

My Students

My school is extremely small. We only have about 30 students enrolled, which means our funding is considerably less than a typical school. We are an alternative program and cater to students in middle and high school. Students are able to receive more of an individualized education that focuses on their strengths while developing their weaknesses.

With the small, loving environment they receive from the staff at our school, students are able to taste and savor success.

We come together to help make learning as exciting as possible for our students and do our best to bring them together as well.

We all love to use interactive lessons to help bring out the best in our kiddos. However, our students often lack the basic materials to make it through the school's day. We lack funding to supply them through the school system, so often times teachers are spending their own money. We do it because we want our students to succeed, but it's sometimes a struggle.

I teach more than one grade level during a class period. Each of my students has a unique plan that matches his or her class and ability level.

My Project

My kids need basic classroom supplies. Our stockpile is quickly dwindling as our student population grows. We try to provide as much to our students as possible as most don't have the means to provide it themselves.

My kids don't have the basic supplies like pencils and paper that they need to be successful.

Most of our kiddos show up with no materials at all, leaving the teachers to provide for them. Our last fully funded supply project was nearly two years ago. We have been using those same supplies since. However, they are almost gone and we need your help to get more.
