Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a school psychologist, I work with a wide range of students, including neurodivergent learners. My goal is to help all students grow emotionally, socially, and academically.
For all students that I interact with, my mission is to celebrate their strengths, abilities, and life experiences that shape who they are.
Both at the general education and special education level, these tools (social skills games, social emotional learning books, sensory/emotion regulation tools, etc. ) will help empower students to gain control of their behavior and become the best version of themselves.
