My Project
I teach in a Title 1 school where students often do not have basic supplies. I want to provide my students with everything they'll need to be successful this year such as pencils and paper. Students should be able to focus on learning, not whether or not they have a pencil! I have not only included basic supplies, but also prizes. Students love to answer questions when they know a prize is involved! Speaking of answering questions, one of my favorite resources is BrainPop. This is a great, but pricey tool that I use often in class. Also included, classroom essentials to combat everyday 7th grade life and items to make our classroom more comfortable. When a student is comfortable and has everything they need their focus can be on learning.
