Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These games will be used by advisories to build student connections, during a board game lunch club, and in the elective class 'Game Theory.'
These games will help students to develop strategic thinking skills while having fun.
Because so much work is done on computers in schools today, giving students the opportunity to interact in person is very valuable.
Allowing students time to be themselves while playing games energizes them for the rest of the day while giving them outlets for creative and strategic thinking.
Being able to add these games to our advisories will enhance student engagement and help us to build a stronger, more supportive community in advisory.
