My students start their school day early in the morning and often do not eat breakfast or bring snacks with them from home. I always like to buy and keep snacks for them to help them throughout the day. This year, I want to be able to help out as many of my students as possible who come to school hungry and need something to eat.
When the very basic needs of students are met, they are able to focus better in school.
Students perform better when they know they have someone who truly cares and is genuinely invested in their growth.
